Novel paradigm for the development of preclinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease based on searching blood markers and a provocation test

      Objective: Among priorities in neurology is the development of a preclinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s dis- ease (PD) by searching for peripheral markers, mostly in body fluids, in patients at an early clinical stage, although there is no evidence that they are also characteristic of preclinical stage.
